Really enjoyed the Pandan and Black Raz Chip flavors! Loved how the sugar cone is free to add onto scoops

Ice creams that has great flavor at low prices, but a texture that felt off. You also don't get to sample and see the flavors and are forced to order online (as of 6/12/22). So if you are a regular it is great but I struggle to recommend it. The texture reminded me of ice cream that uses milk powder to get richness. Such ice cream usually splits easily with a spoon in a rough manner (happened for both flavors I got) unlike the smooth surface after each spoon.

Gracie’s makes some really tasty ice creams! We loved their cookies and cream (brownie). The staff was really friendly and it’s great to be able to grab a pint to go. Hot or cold outside it’s ice cream time!

Delicious, fun, and creative flavors! The golden milk ice cream was especially good, and of course the marshmallow fluff cone satisfied my sweet tooth and then some. Online ordering was hassle-free.

Absolutely love Gracie’s. The staff is awesome; the ice cream flavors are awesome. I can’t believe every ice cream shop in Massachusetts doesn’t do a Fluff cone (pictured). I also highly recommend their email newsletter, which provides great entertainment for me and my partner. 🦩 …

I love this place. They have creative and seasonal ice cream flavors - not too many to be overwhelming but good variety. I've never ordered a classic flavor because I'm always getting their more unique ones. This summer the pandan flavor was my favorite, and the salty whiskey (I think it's an always flavor) shouldn't be missed. One thing though, if you, like me, prefer cake cones to sugar cones, they don't have them :(. To make up for it they have an assortment of choices you can "crown" your sugar cone with.

Meh. It's not super flavorful and it reminds me of a milky custard. Maybe that's a MA thing as I was not a fan of Toscanini ice cream either. If you like bland-flavored ice cream, you'll probably like it.

Rude staff. Ignored us standing at the counter for a good two minutes before I said something and they took our order. Store was a dirty mess, it felt unsanitary and the staff was blaring loud death metal. I asked for a plastic spoon (you know, a regular ice cream spoon?) and was given lip to the tune of "plastic spoons arent good for the environment." The whole customer experience felt like a slap in the face.
